Lila received her doctorate from the College of William and Mary and has been practicing psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy for 25+ years. Her specialty is treating adults & adolescents with eating disorders. More recently, she has expanded her practice to treat individuals with substance abuse issues, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma associated with sexual abuse, personality disorders, women’s issues, young adult and adolescent adjustment concerns, healthy relationship development and aging wellness. She incorporates mindfulness mediation and interpersonal effectiveness training in her approach to treatment.
Registered Dietitian & Licensed Nutritionist
With over 23 years of experience in the Health and Wellness Industry, Tiana provides private Health and Wellness coaching to individuals, and is also a weight loss coach at Ideal Weight Loss Boston. Tiana previously owned and operated the Back Bay, Boston franchise location of Get In Shape For Women, a women’s transformational program combining nutrition coaching and personal training. Tiana’s background includes a degree in psychology and personal training certification. She is also certified as a Holistic Health Coach.

Andy specializes in working with professionals, addressing the barriers to well-being that he experienced for 10 years as a lawyer. He opened Boston Professionals Counseling, LLC in 2010. Andy has treated clients with a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, stress, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and substance abuse and dependence. Andy works with families and couples to strengthen their relationships. In addition, Andy works in a coaching capacity with individuals regarding professional advancement, negotiation, and career changes.
Licensed Massage Therapist
Leslie is a graduate of Cortiva Institute's Massage Therapy School and has been a Massage Therapist for over five years, specializing in Injury Prevention, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Therapeutic Massage. She has worked with professional hockey players, Boston Marathon runners, and professional dancers. Leslie has also been a personal trainer for over 8 years and a dancer since age 3. She is a UMA Reiki Master and Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner. She has been studying and researching with her mother, Annemarie Seidenberg, for the past seven years.
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Licensed Addictions Specialist (LADC1)
She received her MA from Framingham State, and has been working with clients in MetroWest for over 25 years. She runs women's recovery groups and treats people with or without addictions. Pat believes in a holistic approach to recovery. She sees the need to look at the person as a whole and to build on one's strengths and values in order to obtain the optimum level of functioning possible for each individual. Pat enjoys travel, photography, nature, and is number one human to her dog, Bear.
UMA Reiki Master & Animal Reiki Practitioner
Christine has devoted 35 years to dentistry and is currently a full-time faculty member at Boston University's School of Dental Medicine. She has recently expanded her healing practice into the realm of Reiki. A life-long animal lover and avid horsewoman, Chris is focusing her practice on animals. She feels a deep connection to horses and other animals, and recognizes the great value in the significance of the reciprocal human/animal relationship. Chris is currently treating horses, dogs, cats and other companion and small animals in the MetroWest area.
For 25 years, Patrick has provided clinical services in university, private practice, and hospital settings. He has specialized in dual disorders, integrative addiction medicine, trauma, grief & loss, and spirituality & holism. In recent years his focus and practice have expanded to energy healing, sports & performance psychology, forensic evaluation, and wellness aging. He has supervised, taught, and mentored licensed clinicians as well as graduate and advanced practice nursing students for the last 20 years. He has extensively lectured on addiction psychology, health and wellness, spirituality, and holistic health to academic, clinical, corporate, and general public audiences. He continues to practice psychotherapy and consultation for individuals and families, and most recently cofounded The Wellness Collaborative.

For over ten years, Jennie has specialized in Myofascial Release (John Barnes approach), Craniosacral Therapy, Massage Cupping, Reiki and Aromatherapy. She is a graduate of the Healing Touch Institute in Wakefield, MA and continues to build on her professional education. Jennie’s therapeutic scope is forever expanding, with her primary goal to aid her clients in returning to a state of balance. She facilitates her client’s creation of healthier physical, emotional, mental and spiritual life patterns. Each session is a truly individualized treatment aimed at providing relaxation and peace. Jennie is a cofounder of The Wellness Collaborative.
